Horrible, sitting at dock an hour and a half past appt time and still no activity. Self check-in is a joke,be faster if the two in the office just inputs the info. LTL and Walmart seem to be favored. Gal in check in cage is alittle crotchety

If you don't check with the broker before checking in whether it's the North Gate or the South Gate, you'll probably have to make several round trips.I don't know about the gate staff.Loading was quick and friendly

So many driver checkin doors and you'll never know which one is going to be the right one(or which side of the building)until you attempt to checkin which is going to be a while because there are 6 trucks in front of you. Back into door 8 where everyone is parked waiting to get a door so after you wait you can wait some more and then wait 4 hours to get loaded. This place is horribly ran. The people I talked to were friendly, but something needs to change.
