Front desk employees are always rude, and yell “CAN I HELP YOU??” in a very rude tone. They made us wait an hour for our test results, just for them to come in the room for a minute and say “everything’s fine”. Why not call over the phone instead of making us waste an hour of our life to get a very quick “everything’s fine you can leave” very unprofessional

Receptionist and the person who was going to reschedule my appointment was rude for no reason. Gave nasty attitude. NOT COMING BACK HERE. I WOULD RATHER TRAVEL FARTHER THAN BE AMONG MISERABLE PEOPLE

Idk if it's just me but everytime I go the nurse at the check out is always rude and responds like a smart ass when asking simple questions. The most disgusting person I've come across at this location and if she so miserable she should leave and give that position to someone who has more empathy and actually loves doing their job.

My appointment was at 11 AM. I get there 15 mins before to check in. Finally got called for my vitals at 11:35. Sat in a room waiting until 12:13 which is when the Doctor finally got in. My prescriptions got sent to the wrong pharmacy as well. This is not the first time for both of these issues. While the Doctor said she gives time for her patients, I’d also like to be considered of my time.

The front office ladies are very rude and condescending. I recently came here again and nothings changed. My worst experience with them was during my first pregnancy at 13 weeks when i wanted to see the dr because i couldn’t keep any food down. The ob told me to come as a walk in and when i arrived i asked the receptionist about it and she told me to wait until someone cancelled. I asked if i had to wait there or if i had to leave and they’d call me but instead of answering my question she kept repeating “wait until someone cancels” i assumed she meant she’d call me since she didn’t answer my question and i left only for the other receptionist to call me and say that they told me to wait there, ( THEY NEVER DID ) she refused to tell me just wait here she kept repeating “wait until someone cancels” in a condescending tone. I was going to return with a scheduled appointment in a week instead but ended up miscarrying before then. The doctors are great but the receptionists are rude, unorganized, and lack basic communication skills.

Every time i come here with my husband, the girls up front ALWAYS have an attitude. thankfully this isn't my primary doctor but unfortunately it is my husbands, i like his doctor and the nurses because they make him feel comfortable but the ladies in front can choke! they're so rude and unprofessional, they seem like they always want to start problems with people coming in. i seen them deny a lady of her medication for her seizures and then mocked her after she left. so rude and disgusting. i hope they are replaced by people who actually enjoy helping patients and actually LIKE their job. (Citrus location) I will be reporting them once i find out all necessary information to do so.

ladies at the front desk ALWAYS have the worst attitude, they need to learn to turn off the mic before talking bad about patients. I was waiting in the lobby and over heard how they speak about the patients who walk in. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful.

2.4 stars I’m not sure if it’s with the same employees because let me tell You from beginning to start this place is professional & accurate! I’m 38 with artificial hips and have been through so many x rays and mri’s appointments more then you can probably think of and by far Karina,Xochilt & Nurse Ty Nguyen are so nice and professional. They get you in as fast as possible you can literally see their natural will to help people all over the face and energy!.. One of the best medical experiences ever!! 10 Star if I could!..??? God Bless Unicare Fontana! Ty!!!

Unicare clinic is something else there staff is very RUDE and Unprofessional make it worst the nurse practitioner is HORRIBLE . We are changing our provider. They should re train the entire clinic get better staff, nurse and practitioner that loves what they do and treats there patients equally and respect.
