If you value your time and expect average to excellent customer service, this place isn't for you. I had an appointment with Laura Diaz, I show up, she gives me a blank stare and says "yeah". I say " I have an appointment with you today at 12pm". She says "well there's already 4 people in here and you didn't comfirm". I explained I did respond and had proof on my phone. Laura disregarded what I mentioned. She offered for me to wait an hour. Although, she was recommended for being a good stylist. It's not worth the wait. Stylist Laura Diaz is known for her hair skills, however she lacks on customer service and communication skills. She's always running late. She did not value my time and did not respect my punctuality. My appointment was at 4 pm on 7/3/2020 . I sat in my car for 2 hours giving her the benefit of the doubt, she texted me saying she could not stay late for me, even though, it was her fault. She did not make me feel like a valuable client. I did not get a sincere empathy like I deserved, she waisted my time. I would not recommend her to friends and family. She does not have any work ethics at all .

Spending hours in the salon with these beautiful ladies is so much fun and at the end your hair results are just Amazing!! Couldn't ask for anything better I always leave very happy. I obtain multiple compliments! Laura is just amazing and has such a great talent. She isn't just my hair girl she has become an amazing friend and my hair therapist she uses nothing but the best products prices are a bit high but you're end results are always worth it..
