Terrible customer service and good luck getting a refund when you return a part. They take the part back and keep your money. Contacted them multiple times over the span of almost a year with nothing getting resolved.

Twice we have had a terrible experience with Naumann/Hobbs. We will never do business with them again. Both times have been with their billing. We were double charged on our credit card and it took us over a year and half to resolve with several different people in their accounting department. We then tried again and have had the same experience double charged and when we contacted them no follow up. I have never written a negative review for a company but we have spent so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue. I don't believe we are the only ones who have had this problem.

They suck as a company can’t answer there phone calls when needed technicians don’t have any knowledge of anything there overall terrible service and company, don’t recommend any business with them and a bunch of rip offs
