I had the worst experience at this place. The receptionist were wonderful, but Barbara the Dr was unprofessional, kept calling me “mija” didn’t do any adjustments on my back because she states she was limited to what she could do which is BS. She seems to be use to dealing with patients that are there just to get money for car accidents. The warm compression pads where cold and not warm like she said they’d be .. there where so many patients there that day that I wouldn’t be surprised if those pads where just taken off someone’s back and put on mine which had me feeling disgusted. If I could give them a 0 I would! This place is not professional at all the office staff is incompetent to even take a message and relay it to the Dr. Plus they violate HIPPA in every way. Elizabeth was disclaiming my information from my attorney in front of everyone in the lobby and didn't even care to take in consideration that she was talking about my medical health and personal information. The Dr took 1 month to process my disability paperwork and after call info and calling for them to do it she finally did it and she was rude about it. Save your time don't go here the place is dirty they don't even clean the beds from patients to patients. The floors are dusty and dead flies. What a waste of time at this place without getting proper treatment.
