Had a very good experience here.. took my son who is autistic and one of the nurses I don’t remember her name but she was wonderful she talked to my son tried to calm him down and handled him freaking out very well..
i love it there , nurses are the nicest people ever they’ll joke around with me and laugh but still keep it very professional never gotten a rude gesture 10/10! although i still did prefer my original doctor wholesome but she’s not there anymore other than that i love the staff i can make a connection to every single one there :))
I visited this clinic on Mt Vernon in SB before and Dr Arcelao was helpful in getting me seen by an oncologist. But I was more impressed by Amanda in referrals. She went above and beyond helping me connect with an oncologist I was happier with. She was amazing both with her professionalism and her ability to solve my problem.
