I had a bad experience at a different salon with dip. I came to Elite Nails & Spa to see if I was able to get it off and get a manicure. This was my first time at this salon, I was a walk in and they welcomed me in even though it was busy and towards the end of the day. ( Greatly appreciated) I am so glad I waited. I got the chance to get my nails done by Amy. She asked what it was that I’d like to get done and I had explained to her what happened, she asked if it was ok for her to remove the dip and for me to give it another chance so I took her word for it and did just that. Ask for Jenny, I've been going with her for years! She is so sweet and funny. She makes sure I like my pedicure. She always takes her time when doing so. When it's busy in the weekends she still manages to take her time as best as she can. But I totally understand.
this place is ok. They don’t really have a long wait time so if you need fast service you should come here. I’ve been coming here on and off again for a few years but the prices are not consistent. For example, the man who does my fill would charge me around 35 everytime but the last time a different technician did it and she charged me 45 for the same exact thing (gel one color) it’s weird to me, especially because she doesn’t fill all the way and the cuticles we’re not properly taken care of. If you are okay with this kind of service come here :)
