Company showed expertise and care. Technicians were friendly, hardworking, and honest with expectations. Initial consultation took one look at what I was dealing with and knew exactly what type of termite it was and the most effective measure to deal with them, offered a quote and didn’t ask for a signature. Not pushy at all . Overall very pleased with Ecola
We were very happy with our Ecola inspection and later treatment of several termite-infested areas. We appreciate their hard work to keep our home protected from the damage that termites cause.
It's been quite a long time since a representative was out to my house. But when they were out they were very good. I can not say anything negative about my service except that I am not contacted to remind me that it is time for another inspection and possible treatment. Otherwise it is a good company with good service.
