In July 2024, I was in search of two new HVAC systems. ( Yes, OUCH). After 5 estimates, I decided to have the system replaced by Baseline Heating. Noel did not try to sell me the most expensive brand or model. He taught me how to differentiate the specs of the various models so my husband and I could make an informed decision. He even offered us all applicable available discounts.
The installation team was clean, professional and thorough. After the installation was complete, Noel returned to check the quality of the installation. Everyone involved clearly knew what they were doing.

Thank you Peter for responding quickly. Even better that you were able to come out and solve the problem within 24 hrs. I will definitely call Baseline for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. The cost for repair was beyond reasonable for my issue. I recently had my hvac system replaced by Baseline Heating, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Peter came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. Noel, the owner, even offered us a discount so we could have our ducts resealed to help with my daughter's allergies. The installation team did a fantastic job; they were very professional and did a very clean job. All the guys involved were great and clearly knew what they were doing. We are extremely happy with our new system, which is now energy-efficient and very quiet. I will definitely be recommending their service and will continue to use them in the future. A++++
