We received exceptional customer service from AAA Septic. Three weeks prior we had another company out who said they did the job, come to find out they didn’t. After that and being new to this process we were unsure with who to trust. Thankfully we called AAA they came out and explained everything, provided great service, we couldn’t have had better experience. I absolutely recommend, we will be using them from now on.
After all this crazy wet weather we’ve been having, I figured it’d be a good idea to check on the septic system. I read a few reviews before I decided to call AAA Septic. The outstanding reviews couldn’t have been more accurate. Randy was extremely thorough as well professional. They were careful in not tearing up the yard while exposing the tank cover and everything was put back as it was when found. He had a lot of insight and knowledge on how I can maintain my system and keep it running smooth, my house is 73 years old by the way. AAA Septic provides great service and is very professional. They also are very knowledgeable and shared many key septic topics with us. We needed our septic pumped due to the heavy rain we’ve been experiencing, our leach field wasn’t draining quick enough. Will definitely use again and recommend to others
