A-1 Pumping Services

May 2023

We used A-1 Pumping in 2020 & were very satisfied with their work. When we called them in May 2023 for a pumping, they immediately answered & since there was no emergency, we arranged for a pump in the next few days. I did have to call back once to try & confirm when they would actually be coming, but other than that, they did call before arriving & did a good job in no time. Svend gave us helpful information and was very pleasant. He also charged us the same price that was quoted to us on the phone. We would use him again.

Glenn and his grandson arrived late in the day on a Saturday - after an already long day for them - to help get us back on line with our septic system. After 12 hours without the ability to use sinks, showers, washing machines, and most vitally - flush toilets - we were grateful for their efficient work. Many thanks for fitting in our plumbing emergency. The job was more expensive than originally quoted or they would have gotten 5 stars. We would recommend A-1 to those looking for a dedicated crew that's good to their word about showing up, even after the sun goes down!
