I’ve been seeing FNP Ana Sanchez-Camacho for several months now for psychiatry and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had within psychiatry. I’ve found it difficult to find providers in psychiatry particularly who actually care about the core of the patient, and not just listen for a few minutes, prescribe a medication and follow up weeks later. Ana makes me feel seen, heard and validated in my feelings. She genuinely cares about me as a patient of hers and it shows. She takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. Zeam provides excellent service with flexible in person and video appointments. They work with your insurance provider so you always know your co-pays. The staff is courteous and respectful. The providers are quick to respond to messages via the app.
I like how Ramneek always errs on the side of caution. She's great with referrals and making sure I am well taken care of. Also, front desk is always quick with giving me all the referral information.
