I don't want this to be seen as a negative, but a positive. Matt is servicing his customers with their best interests at heart! A weekend and out goes the water heater? No problem if you contact Water Heaters Only, Inc. The big box stores only service on weekdays and their scheduling, paperwork, etc. is a pain. But Water Heaters Inc. makes the process easy and is inexpensive or even less than those other businesses. Throw in a great service person like we had in Matt and look no further if you need help.
