This is a review for pediatric doctors/front desk. The entire team is utterly incompetent when it comes to providing quality healthcare services. The front desk rescheduled my daughter’s appointment to remove stitches, claiming Dr. Fles couldn’t perform the procedure (what doctor can’t remove stitches??), but they failed to register the new appointment in their system.
When we arrived, they told us they had only left a voicemail and never actually rescheduled the appointment. Who has time to pull their kid out of school, cancel work commitments, and wait an hour in their office just to be told, “Sorry, we don’t have an appointment for you”?
I would give this office a 0 Star rating if I could. I had an initial appointment scheduled to get primary care establish for my daughter. At the time the appointment was made the scheduler confirmed that my primary insurance (PPO) was accepted/IN-NETWORK and that they could see my daughter. When my wife showed up to the appointment, the clinic tried to give an excuse that they couldn't see her because my secondary insurance had a different primary and that for specialty visits we would have to get referred. The fact is that this was not scheduled for a specialty visit but a standard visit to establish primary care. I have taken my daughter to doctors other than... read full review

This office is a really horrible place and I would not recommend. The doctors don’t take time with patients enough, they don’t listen and one of the nurses Liz is a nightmare. Would strongly not recommend
