Outstanding service. After my accountant of twenty years retired, I went onto Yelp hoping to find a replacement which led me to Bob Thompson. He met all of my expectations, addressed my initial concerns... very personable, competent and I felt that he had a sincere interest in my situation and creating a long term relationship. Recent experience with CPA Bob Thompson was nothing short of a dumpster fire. Sent the incorrectly revised tax return to the wrong agency within the IRS, which resulted in a 5 month delay. Once rejected by the IRS for improper changes without supporting documentation we enlisted a new CPA who within 10 minutes identified the problem and sent it of to where it was needed. Unavailable, unwilling, and unhelpful. Back at square one and hundreds of dollars shorter thanks to this office.
