Got a pair of prescription sunglasses and new lens in my other 2 pairs and it was amazingly quick. The receptionist found me a spot right after my appointment and the person that helped me find frames was very patient. I enjoyed my visit and will enjoy my new glasses. They said the new glasses would take 4 weeks to come and they were here in just under 2 weeks. Now thats awesome.
I learned information about my eyes i did not know which was good! I was also very worried I could not afford new glasses because my current frames are titanium and very light weight and do not give me headaches so I expected replacing them would be out of my budget. But he said i could just order new lens for the frames i have! I am soooo happy about that! I did not know i could do that! I live on a retirement check so this is like an early Christmas present!! Great appt!
Outstanding! Thought I would get an appointment to get prescription glasses done after my eye exam. Made an appointment, then the lady in the optical department walked over, helped me pick out frames for my glasses. Got the paperwork done and didn’t have to come back! Wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Thanks Kaiser!!
