“I can't say enough good things about Cascade and their entire staff. I've been going to Dr. Race for probably 10 years. I wouldn't be able to walk without his help. I even drove down from Oregon for 5 years because he knows my history and has been there through a few car accidents and other injuries. He educates me on why there's pain and where it originates from, to the point I can continue my care at home with stretches and massage in between appointments. They work with my schedule and understand if I need to wait a week to pay. Camille and Holly at the desk are always welcoming and helpful, especially if you run into a scheduling conflict and need to move your appointment. After moving back from Oregon, I still drive from Roseville to see Dr. Race and back to Citrus Heights where I live, once a week. If they weren't that good, I wouldn't waste my time, gas or sanity in traffic to see them!“

“This is a great little gym! I signed my boys up for classes to whip them into shape for baseball season next year. Ben really pushes them during the workout, teaching them correct form and making sure they are challenging themselves. Best of all, my boys have fun and look forward to the workouts! This gym has all of the equipment you’ll see in a big chain owned gym, without the big gym mentality. The owners Ben and Brooke really care about their members and you’ll feel like part of the family.“
