My Gym Folsom is absolutely fantastic! The coaches are amazing, super interactive, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping the children learn and grow. They teach a wide variety of skills and always keep the kids engaged and excited.
The facility is spotless, and I really appreciate that the station arrangement changes frequently. It keeps every class fresh, fun, and stimulating for the kids. The pricing is great, and there are plenty of class times available, which makes scheduling super convenient.

As long as you’re not really serious about gymnastics and more in it for the fun - this place is so great! Way better experience than Tricks. Way less overwhelming. And Coach Jammin is seriously the best!!! The kids have such a good time.
Lovely location and so grateful for the owner Brent. He was so patient in helping me with gym registration for my grandson over the phone. I wish we had known about MyGym much sooner because it is such a safe and happy place for children. Parents and Grandparents should share this information to other families so they can benefit as well! Thank you MyGym!
