A technician was at the house within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Another technician was super helpful and got the AC going again. A different technician arrived quickly on Memorial Day in the morning to solve a ball valve failure. He took a look, knew what he was looking at, immediately gave a quote, and got it done – problem solved. The warranty checkup service was great; a technician was courteous and explained the system, adjusted supply grills, installed a replacement filter, and ran the AC to check supplied air temp. Another technician came out and took care of HVAC and thermostat issues, being very competent and friendly. Called Lee’s for an inspection of my hvac duct’s. They sent out Joseph who was awesome to deal with. He was on time, pleasant , and an all round absolute professional. He was very respectful of my home, answered all my questions clearly and unrushed. He had recommendations on how to proceed, however I never felt pressured or upsold on things I wasn’t asking for which is something I personally very much appreciate. I received my repair quote very quickly and will be contacting them this next week to schedule the repairs. Had an excellent experience with Lee’s Air, Plumbing, and Heating! The technician, Brandon, was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He identified the problem with my Trane unit almost immediately and was able to fix it right on the spot. Highly recommend their fast, reliable service!
