My brother has been my optometrist for many years but he is retiring and I am going somewhere new for the first time. He has set the bar high for my opinion.
I Just saw Dr Bhatt. I was very impressed by her knowledge and absolutely excellent patient care. She really took time to make sure every test was the best it could be for my visit. She was great at answering all of my questions and concerns ( most before I asked ). I do not hesitate to recommend her with much enthusiasm. The office staff and Fatima the Optician were just awesome also.
Very professional, affordable service. The staff is very helpful and don't try to do a hard sell but they give a very crystal clear picture of our insurance benefits and provide affordable choices.
I work with dogs and today one of them ripped my glasses off, separating one of the ear pieces and tossing the tiny screw across the room. I called 5 optometry places and got deadend phone trees - until i called Healthy Eyes. They were able to squeeze me in right away and helped fix my glasses right up - they were very speedy and helpful. So grateful - they saved the day!
