Michael was awesome. I live in Folsom and I called on a Friday afternoon needing carpet clean ASAP. He answered promptly, and he was scheduled me for the next morning at 7am on a Saturday. The next morning I called him around 8:17am I called him to apologize because I had over slept and would be right there and at that moment I realized I had booked a carpet cleaning for Folsom, “LOUISIANA” and he was located in Folsom, “CALIFORNIA”. Wow, Mike is the embodiment of what small business owners should be doing. After 20+ years he is still excited and relevant in his business, his work ethic and quality illustrate this. Great, fast clean with no residual odors. Goose's Carpet Cleaning offers GREAT service and was very fair on pricing, and he is local here in Folsom! He will get my call and referral every time. We decided to try Goose's for the first time, based upon the strong reviews. After a slight scheduling hiccup, Michael arrived and went to work on the carpet in four rooms, as well as our sectional sofa. We had a couple of carpeted areas that we anticipated might not come completely clean (due to careless kids and a big dog) but, once Michael was finished, everything looked brand spanking new! Because he'd arrived behind schedule, he even threw in a couple of our smaller area rugs, at no additional charge. Michael is very friendly and easy-going, yet super attentive and meticulous.
