After a slight scheduling hiccup, Michael arrived and went to work on the carpet in four rooms, as well as our sectional sofa. We had a couple of carpeted areas that we anticipated might not come completely clean (due to careless kids and a big dog) but, once Michael was finished, everything looked brand spanking new!
