Dr. Palmer's office is known for its kind and gentle approach, with a thorough and compassionate team, including experienced staff members who provide exceptional care. Patients appreciate the doctor's thoughtful answers and explanations, as well as the office's genuine concern for their well-being. The optometry department staff is great at helping patients pick frames for their glasses, and the lab they use to make glasses is very focused on quality of vision correction. While the staff and phone service have received some criticism, the overall care and professionalism of the doctor and team remain highly valued. Patients feel grateful and trusting of the care they receive from this dedicated team.
Dr. Palmer has hands-down the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever visited. I saw him for an evaluation regarding a potential eye condition, which can be a stressful experience. From the moment he walked in, he put me completely at ease. He listened attentively, answered all my questions, and handled both the examination and his explanations with genuine care and respect. I felt completely supported.
Dr Palmer was always great, did both eyes cataracts, Staff and phone service terrible. Ileana, Front desk has a attitude problem. The information on answering service does not match information give at front desk, then Ileana wants to argue about it.
Dr. Palmer is extremely thorough, kind and gentle. I am grateful to his exemplary staff, especially Betty, the discharge receptionist/ bookkeeper and Claudia, his experienced, reassuring technician. Both women are compassionate, thoughtful and incredibly caring. I am grateful to be a patient here.
