This gym has everything you need. i made a visit from out of town and I got a really good workout in. the staff were very nice and there was plenty of equipment. I will be visiting often now that I am moving to the area.

Excellent customer service from Miranda at the Folsom location. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and had answers to every single question I asked. She even helped me save money by asking where I work, I’m very happy by such a great experience! She clearly went over the financial details multiple times so I felt fully informed. The gym itself is very clean, the music is at a comfortable volume, and there are lots of class options available. It also has a nice, darker atmosphere, which I really appreciate compared to harsh fluorescent lighting. I am looking forward to getting used to this place:)

Friendly staff, great energy, Besides a roidrage very aggressive 50 year old man that went on a whole rant about me and ppl my age, that we’ll never look as good as him and how posing in the mirror is ruining our country. Be careful who you meet in the bathroom✌️ TRT does wonders
