I called this company last week or else they called me from an inquiry I had made on line about artificial grass installation in my back yard. We set up a bid estimate time of 3 PM on Feb 18. At 3:15 they weren't here , I gave them a call and got through to someone who seemed unfamiliar that I had an appointment with them. The gentleman arrived about 15 minutes later and I took him into the backyard. I asked if we had an appointment and he said yes. I showed him where I wanted the artificial grass installed. It seemed apparent that he didn't want to do this job for some reason. He was complaining about the trees, the roots, the lack of bobcat access. Kept telling... read full review
