I recently had a repair on my 2017 honda accord .I came in needing work done on my back suspension, i had been too three otheir places . I was frustrated etheir nobody could figure it out our they were overpriced our trying to get more bussiness adding things I didnt need in there quote .They knew exactly what i needed were honest not trying to sell more. i needed 2 shocks rear suspension they did a stellar job took away the annoying rattle in my trunk and did a great job with a general maintenance repair replaced a valve gasket seal. I have been to many different auto shops around Folsom for various car fix’s and maintenance and I have found Bidwell Automotive to be the best overall shop. They have fair pricing along with top quality service and communication. I trust their word and believe what they say and they price it very well for the service they provide. I will only trust Bidwell Automotive with my cars from now on.

Came here because my vehicle, with a new engine, went bad because of a failed engine sensor. Art checked my issue very quickly and let me know about the problems and recalls on my particular model. He then offered to house my vehicle over the weekend until I could have it towed to the dealership to hopefully have the motor and sensor replaced. Was totally nice and didn't even charge for his brief diagnostic on my vehicle! I cannot believe the great treatment I received, and when I get my vehicle issues sorted out I will DEFINITELY return for my automotive service and repair needs. Thank you Art and Bidwell Automotive!
