My furnace stopped working. Between insurance and various full replacement quotes, I had been out of heat for 1 month. Keith came, determined the problem and modified a testing device to replace the defective part; thereby negating any delays in waiting longer for a new part should that part even be available (I have a very old unit). Keith is personable, knowledgeable, and will be my go-to for any future HVAC needs.Service: Heating system repair

I am hard to please and even harder to build trust with. Keith and his teams attention to detail, focus on doing the job right, and communicating along the project timeline is what makes him great. I cannot say enough about Keith and the service he provided for my elderly parents. Their zone heating system was not working properly and their heating bill was through the roof. They called Gillmore Heating to review the problem. They gave my parents a quote of of $15k and told them the system was no longer repairable. Having used All Pro Heating and Air in the past for a new unit installation and maintenance, I immediately. had him come and look at my parents system. He found the problem, repaired it and saved them a tremendous amount of money. They are on a fixed income and replacing the unit was not an option so they were going to leave the heat off!
