I am writing to share my feedback regarding the care I have received at your facility.
I would like to specifically commend Dr. Eliasar Macias for his exceptional professionalism and patience. As an autistic person, I sometimes find medical environments challenging. Dr. Eliasar Macias is great doctor, he is super cool and awesome, he always takes the time to explain instructions clearly and allows my mother to assist me in communicating my needs. His approach makes a significant difference in my ability to access healthcare comfortably.

Dr Menchaca always seems to take me seriously. When I tell him what I think to be the problem he looks into it instead of treating me like a child or as if I couldn’t possibly know what is wrong I m not a dr. He takes me seriously and don’t question my knowledge. I guess my point is he listens to me and is interested in what I think needs to be looked at. All the knowledge in the world can’t replace a dr who listens instead of cutting U off with out hearing ur opinions. I also never seem to have a difficult time getting in to see him when I need to.
