So it has been about 2 months since BDES came to my place and fixed all my problems. I called them once and got a live person and that is a good thing. Spoke with David and tried to explain the problems, not like I know alot about septic systems so I sent him photos. I got called back sooner than expected, told what my problems were and how they could be fixed. Along with inoperative floats (means the tanks don't get emptied to the leech fields), broken fiberglass septic lids and one of the side walls (more fiberglass) had been damaged. David and his crew scheduled a time, showed up when expected, fixed the floats, removed the broken fiberglass wall and attached a new piece and extended the walls so that they are a few inches above ground to prevent further abuse. Bottom line, BDES was very responsive to my needs, scheduled a quick time to come out, got the job done in a day, charged a reasonable price, answered questions and earned my future business. I'd recommend Bonny Doon Environmental Systems.
