Left an email late on a Friday, they reply back on Friday evening and then a call on Saturday in case it was an emergency, how's that for follow up service. Used them for years now and still quite happy with them.

I would definitely recommend these guys!When I called, they were quick to respond and gave me a reasonable price with a date that worked for us.I had an 8:00 appointment, but the crew member called and said that due to the weather, he was going to be late.I received a call prior to the scheduled time to let me know what was going on and moved the time to 11:00.The crew arrived on time and did a great job.Very informative and quick.Great job...thanks Honey Bucket.Satisfied customer.

I Had a septic backup with 7 guests in our house. When I called and explained the situation the very helpful call taker completely empathized and she said the driver could be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes on the dot, the truck was in my driveway. I highly recommend their service.
