They also offer exceptional customer service, with thoughtful messages and gestures, such as sending sympathy cards to clients who have experienced the loss of a pet.
Hands down the best vet in the San Lorenzo Valley (maybe even Santa Cruz County!). Dr. Keil is amazing, she has cared for our rats, cats, and dogs for decades. Never had a bad experience, and her expert advice is priceless.
Dr. Keil is very professiona and compassionate!!! I highly recommend her and her staff! They handled a difficult situation with my service dog, Duchess with the upmost care and excellent professionalism! Thanks ladies for taking such good care of Duchess and I!
Dr. Keil came to our home Tuesday evening to euthanize our elderly cat. She texted us when she was 30 minutes away and arrived in a smaller vehicle instead of the RV...very smart due to our one-lane roads and tight turns in our neighborhood. This is the first time we had met her, but trusted friends and neighbors recommended her.
She was extremely kind and seemed completely unhurried despite, I'm sure, being tired and hungry after a long day. She let us talk about Frankie and other pets we've had, and waited patiently until it was clear we were ready.
