Excellent, fast, thorough and friendly service! My water heater has been acting up and I thought I needed a new one. Carlos came out right away to check it and found that it was the heating element and I didn’t need to replace the whole tank which saved me a bunch of money. He was super informative and friendly. Dale answered the phone and was at my rental property within 15 minutes to check a hot water heater issue I was having. He was very responsive throughout the process of getting the part we needed and returned later the same day to install it. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend him.
