I’ve been come in here for over 12 years now it’s not just a shop it’s like another home they treat me like family I get my nails done my hair done and get a tan I get the whole package to be pretty !!! Shasta always has the best employees they are like family to me I would never go anywhere else thank you guys you’re the best ??

I have finally found a massage therapist that can relieve my arthritic neck. Located in the back of Sage Yoga, Kristina Silk provides the most relaxing, effective yoga experience in the North County. I have tried therapists, chiropractors, and physical therapists with no luck. Besides her expertise in formulating a treatment plan for a particular complaint, she is able to give you the fluid, relaxing massage. You feel your aches and stress being smoothed out immediately. At $65 per hour, there is no reason to suffer....or waste your time and money somewhere else!
