Ok Salon Ana got my review taken down for the third time! I don't appreciate that. Don't try to flag my review again because I will keep posting it and it only makes your business look worse. This is not the way to handle a dissatisfied customer. I'm now more dissatisfied and am now giving you 1 star. This is a FIRSTHAND experience with this business, present and paid for, so don't try to say otherwise. It's really immature to deal with a problem with a customer in this way. Again, the haircut wasn't horrible, but it was too expensive. The cut was too long and the stylist did not follow instructions. It was easy to get a walk-in appointment,... read full review
