The screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max started to come off so I googled how to fix it. It seemed like the battery was swelling. I went upstairs first to Solano phone repair and unfortunately they didn't have the battery I needed in stock. And it would take a couple of days to get if they ordered it. I decided to check downstairs first to see if they could do it. The guy sees me and says he has the battery but at a different store. He goes running and gets the battery. He starts to work on my phone and once he gets the bad battery out he starts to explain things I wish I knew before he took it out. Like there is going to be a error message saying the wrong part. He tells me to ignore it. I feel like there was just not enough communication on his end. He's suppose to be the professional but all he talked about was how iPhones and the parts he has work but apple makes it so it looks like they don't. It was also kind of hard to understand him. He also clicked a notification that just showed up on my phone when he went to the settings. I think it was because of the new battery but I couldn't read it. I hope it wasn't anything bad. Overall though the new battery seems to be working. But I guess I'll just wait and see if we're all good. Also he charged me 130 vs Solano repairs 100.
