i came in at 6:30pm knowing the vision center closed at 7 because i just got off of work, and had broken my glasses frames. i have never gotten glasses from walmart. Melissa was so wonderful and so kind to me and patient. When i was getting anxious over picking the frames, she comforted me and helped me. She was very professional too when someone came in right at 6:55pm and was yelling at her to help her fix her glasses. This employee deserves a big raise. She even was helping the customer who yelled at her as i was leaving even though she was closed. She is spectacular and i never leave reviews or surveys usually, but Melissa deserves it. I bought my glasses at Walmart vision in cedar rapid Tx and it was a bad experience. Wrong glasses ordered manager was rude to me having to go her mistake since she was the one helping me initially.Melissa at Fairfield Walmart vision was so patient helpful and understanding with my problem. Above and beyond. She’s awesome !!!

Rachel at Fairfield Walmart was a wonderful sales rep.She pointed me to the women's glasses and was very knowledgeable about the features that came with my purchase.The prices were affordable and posted everywhere.I had a great first time experience thanks to Rachel.
