“I cannot say enough good things about this office. Our vet is AMAZING. They always tell you all the options for treatment and the price tag. They will even tell you when you can get prescriptions cheaper online. We had to unexpectedly put our "baby" to sleep today. Everyone was so compassionate. They gave me alone time with him, let me be with him while he.passed, and hugged me while I cried after he was gone. When we had to put.our dog to sleep because he had advanced cancer, they sent us a plaster cast of his paw print, and an ink.one. They are in his memorial shadow box to this day. They never make you feel horrible when.you have an impossible decision to make. I love this place and all of the people, from the receptionist and techs to the vets.“

“I have been bringing my 3 dogs to Animal Hospital in Fairfield for over 6 years. I have always received wonderful care. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and kind. The support staff is very nice and caring. This practice will give excellent care without inflating the bills. They try to keep unnecessary tests and treatments out of their plans. This helps keep the costs down. I Highly recommend them.“

“We are a military family and received orders to Travis, right down the road from Parkway. I am ahead of my husband with one of our dogs named Beau. We made an appointment to get established via text and it was such as smooth process. When we checked in for our appointment, Beau and I met with Dr. Meadows who was/is the absolute best Veterinarian we have ever had, hands down. I immediately felt comfortable with her and she made sure all my questions were answered. She was very in tune to Beau and respected his boundaries. She gave me excellent advice on how to care for Beaus transitional anxiety. She was so attentive. I highly recommend Parkway Animal Center. As someone who is a helicopter dog mama, I felt 100% supported and safe with Dr. Meadows and her staff!“

“They were accommodating with fast appointment time. They were friendly and professional. They did run much later than they told me so I had to wait an additional 3.5 hours to pick up my dog which would be ok if they let me know before I went to the clinic. Their price for services was in line with what I found on the Internet. Except the medications cost about 2.5 - 3 times as much as what I see others charging. So I would be wary of buying the meds there, maybe just get the prescription and fill it at other places. I'm not sure how that works honestly.“

“So this vet is a very good vet and very helpful. An definitely try to help clients who can't afford there bills with payment plans. But i just recently had a problem with a employee named makayla, i don't know if im spelling her name correctly. But she has terrible attitude, demeanor is terrible, an how she speaks to the clients is terrible. So with a establishment like that my only regards to them is they should definitely get her some more training. Because she can rub somebody the wrong way and everybody won't have the same patience i had with her an somebody might actually react an do something you that girl. But other then that i like everybody else in that establishment is very nice and helpful and know how to carry themselves. So i really hope they fix that problem and i don't think makayla needs to be fired but she definitely needs some more training with dealing with clients because her attitude is terrible and that mouth is to smart for me for somebody that knew nothing about the situation or my pet. I hope she gets the help she needs or the love she is missing at home somewhere else then a bad attitude at work an letting it out on others because her personal life.“

“A+ animal hospital!! The technician who helped us was so nice, as was the vet who treated my Frenchie. They offer last minute/emergency appointments at a higher visit fee and they’re open on Saturdays. They were very busy but it wasn’t chaotic and they didn’t rush us in and out. They just did a really good job. Prices aren’t outrageous either!“
