When the woman who had done my taxes for years retired and sold the business, the new owner disappeared--with all the files. Friends referred me to Valjoseph Zamora, at Tax Ace, and he helped me through the mess of trying to reconstruct required documents, and etc. He and his wife run the business, and they are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful--especially for someone who is not very computer literate. I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate them!
