Balwinder at Safeguard Inspections is the BEST! Right after my first call, he text confirmed our meeting day and time. As the house is 100 miles away from us (and making the appointment on time was necessary) that confirmation text already showed his five star behaviour. Balwinder also advised that if he could, he'd be there a few minutes early. Sure enough he was there before we arrived, already checked-in with ladder and tools out. The inspection was meticulous and detailed. Safeguard Inspections surely deserves the top rating. 100% FIVE STARS!
