We are a military family and received orders to Travis, right down the road from Parkway. I am ahead of my husband with one of our dogs named Beau. We made an appointment to get established via text and it was such as smooth process. When we checked in for our appointment, Beau and I met with Dr. Meadows who was/is the absolute best Veterinarian we have ever had, hands down. I immediately felt comfortable with her and she made sure all my questions were answered. She was very in tune to Beau and respected his boundaries. The staff is so accommodating …. After not being able to get my big boy in the crate on 2 occasions;,I was finally able to get him there for a complete “lion shave”. Indie is a a bit skittish with me putting home in the crate. They said he was such a good boy for them. I was upset that he had gotten so matted and concerned he wouldn’t behave well with the whole process. The entire staff was so empathetic with me and reassured me he would be fine?. He survived like a trooper and now he’s “naked” and comfortable and happy. The staff even made sure me and my big boy got home safely. I am forever in their debt. We had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep last friday. Very kind and careful staff. Heads up we wherent told 10 year and younger kids cant be in the room for euthanasia. It was hard for the kids to understand why since I told them they could come in. (We asked if our whole family could be there, they said yes just didnt mention 10 and under wherent allowed. So I had to go out with my 3 littles and therefore I couldnt be with my dog either. If this is important to you, take notice. I didnt had that choice anymore.)
Their place is clean and their rooms are big and comfy for the dogs. My dog was provided a bed and a blanket. She was comfy. My husband... read full review
