Every time I go I regret it. This last time I went only because I was gifted a gift certificate from there. I kept trying to tell the how I like my nails. I didn't want them to be really thick. So I told her as she caked on the acrylic powder. Her response was "I've been doing this for 40 yrs I know what I'm doing." Well I've been getting mine done for 25 years and I know what I like. The tips didn't cover the whole nail, they were uneven and not leveled, not filed properly. And super thick!! The polish didn't cover the nails even when I told her she missed a spot she ignored me.

I am just leaving this place, due to the lack of communication and customer service. There was 4 of us waiting (different parties) and the ladies had us waiting at the door, not one of them said hello nor told us the wait time. One of them told me to pick a color then after 5 minutes of standing there she said to come back in 30 minutes. Honestly, this was my spot but after giving it numerous chances I’m calling it off.

I had a horrible experience here today. It took the lady over 2 hours to finish my pedicure. She used the scrubber on my leg and cut me. After I was finally finished, I asked for a discount due to the fact she cut me. She is going to tell me 1. I asked for her to scrub my leg and 2. Then she said “No, I didn’t cut you”. Then she told me the price was $15 more than the price she told me because of gel polish. NO WHERE on the paper said they charge an additional price. I asked for someone to explain to me why because the lady that did my pedicure wouldn’t or couldn’t explain why.
