They took a bad situation in which I had to quickly resolve and was very kind and helped me through it. I appreciate the time and professionalism and the lack of headaches to get things back in control.
The passing of both parents in less than 2 years, one during COVID restrictions, has been an unimaginable, difficult time. I so appreciate Amanda and Elizabeth at the Fairfield Neptune Society who have not only honored our family’s immense emotional process, they helped make the essential paperwork requirements feel manageable and therefore secondary for the family. There were also a variety of beautiful options at the Neptune Society available to create life long memories, including support to write and post obituaries.
