I would highly recommend this funeral home. Great location and plenty of parking. The staff, especially Ken and Laura, were very efficient, empathetic, helpful, patient and all around fantastic considering the circumstances. They made sure that everything went smoothly and very communicative every step of the way. The facilities were quaint, clean and had a beautiful flow. I cannot thank them enough for assisting the family with everything.
The staff here at Fairfield Funeral home were very kind, understanding and compassionate. Ken, the funeral director made the planning process very easy for my family. He was patient with my mom and I as we planned for the funeral service for my Dad. My parent's had actually pre-planned and did the prepaid funeral arrangements for my Dad a few years prior, which took a big load off our shoulders. We mainly had to focus on a date and how we wanted to service to be. Ken was very professional and considerate when my mom was indecisive on a choosing a funeral date and when we needed to confirm things on the death certificate. He responded quickly to our questions if we had any and give us clarification if things were confusing. We ordered 50 'in memory' booklets with a photo of my dad through the Funeral home as well. They provided everything we needed during the service and communication was smooth with Ken and his staff. The chapel is pretty big and can accommodate a lot of people. We had to service in mid-November and there were no restricts implemented in terms of seating capacity as long as people wore mask. Overall, the Fairfield Funeral Home staff were reliable, organized and empathetic. The option of pre-planning was the best decision on my parents part as it saved time(and money) and removed the guesswork and strain of planning, allowing us to focus on our grief. Thank you Ken and your Staff for the taking care of my family and providing my dad with a proper service and burial.
This funeral home is absolutely beautiful. We had my Uncle's funeral at this location on 11/01/21. Ken and his staff are very friendly and compassionate. Everything went as planned and they went above and beyond for our family. It looks small from the outside, but it's pretty spacious inside, very calm, and serene. My parents have already told me that they want this funeral home for when it's their time. Thank you again, Ken and your staff for all that you've done for our family. Truly appreciate it .
