Johnny from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was top-notch—thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! He quickly got a read on the situation and walked me through what was going on without any fluff.
There was one stubborn clog that clearly had other plans, but Johnny outworked it—patient, methodical, and not leaving until it was handled!

Mr Rooter is a great company. I have used them for years. Every plumber that has come to my home has been knowledgeable and friendly. The call today was for snaking my main sewer line. Johnny U. was my plumber and he was AWESOME! He was here within an hour from my first call to the dispatcher and had my issue resolved quickly. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I will always call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issue I have and I recommend them to EVERYONE. Amazing office staff and front line plumbers.

I called, they didn't answer. They had an AI agent text me back. I told them forget it. They had a human call me back, sent a guy out the next day. The guy left and said he'd give me an estimate the next day. ( I wanted a hose spigot moved 30 feet.) They never called me back and ghosted me. Would not recommend. They say they're in vallejo, they are not.
