My air conditioning was blowing HOT air during the heat wave we had. I called and was able to drop off my car for a diagnostic test with Christen. He was very kind and helpful. I was given an estimate and decided to proceed with repairs. Christian and Justin were great at informing me with phone calls and text messages about my car. Wonderful experience and I’m happy to say the AC is blowing cold air. I would recommend Moorhead Automotive.
My gas tank was leaking badly. Called Moorhead and was able to bring the car in immediately. Justin took the information and said would get back to me before the end of day. Justin called back a few hours later to advise me of the problem and provide me with an estimate. Unfortunately, my insurance had me go to a shop in their network so Moorhead wasn't able to do the work. I would still recommend Moorhead Auto for repairs. I've had work done by them in the past and was very satisfied with the repair and service.
Professional and top notch service. They offer complimentary Moorehead inspection. What makes this amazing is they provide photos, explanation and cost for each item on the inspection. They also text the inspection and quote. I have never been to a mechanic shop with such a seamless workflow. They are also very fast. The only thing is they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend this place!!
