Sean Cotter was amazing. I was pretty frustrated as I’ve had a number of recall fixes for my 2022 jeep grand Cherokee.
He told me it might be a couple of days for me to get my car back. I was not super jazzed to hear this and I’m sure he didn’t really want to tell the hard truth.
In the end he got me squared away same day and I am super happy
This was my 1st visit to this dealership for service. My Service Advisor Sean was great. He was very efficient in checking me in and out. He explained everything really well. My only disappointment was they did have the part needed to fix my problem so I have to go back. I didnt think it was that specialised a part and they should have had it on hand. Sean identified other updates I didnt know about and got them all taken care of. Despite the part issue, I will be making Future my preferred service dept for my new RAM.
