They obviously aren't caring about patients. They are mostly making chatter and making patients wait way too long, without considering other peoples time

Kaiser is horrible. Calling on the phone and after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold I gave up. This is totally unacceptable.

The entire staff were amazing. The check-in was extremely easy. The medical assistant who called me in was friendly and personable. The best part of the experience was my NP, Necole Dugan. She absolutely epitomized what you should expect from your medical professional. She is kind, listened and provided me the guidance to follow up with my primary physician. She even helped me figure out how to get a closer primary physician. I left knowing I would recommend her to my daughter and any one of my friends. The experience made the increase I had to pay in benefits this year, ridiculously high, a little easier to swallow.
