My hot water heater broke and created mold. I hired a company to remedy the situation. However because my home is part of a home owners association it was mandatory for me to provide a mold test. I had no idea who to call for such a thing. After searching the internet I called a few businesses that offered the service but decided ultimately to hire Darius. He sent multiple notices to confirm our appointment, his inspection covered every inch of the property, his timely report contained an easy to follow narrative with pictures of deficient items.
