Came for rapid Covid test. I like that you have to book and they send you email to confirm and let you know to park and stay in vehicle. However email requests we text them our insurance info but does not tell us what number to send to. Also there is no note on where or how to check in. You can’t check in via portal for Covid test I checked. Ended up asking the lady running to each car for help. She took our name down and Then someone called us and then someone came out to us to do the swab. Results were provided via the portal you have to check as no notification is provided when you get results but I got mine in a couple of hours.

I went there because I was in extreme pain and all the staff and provider (Kim) was wonderful and they help me so quickly. Went home and went to bed. Fill much better today. Thank you to everyone there

On time for appointment and was fast and quick. Staff is friendly and nice. Definitely make an appointment online and I would choose an early appointment. Would recommend this place!
