I was very unsure if we should go to Northbay Fairfield urgent care because of the negative reviews. But, from the moment we step in we were impressed, the front desk guy was very nice and compassionate, he gave us an appointment to come back that day, we were seen at the appt time, we didn’t have to wait long before Dr Gian Pivot came in he was very polite, thorough and patient before providing a diagnosis, he gave my daughter such great care! We would definitely say this was a five star ⭐ appointment and will visit them again if we need to!
The whole staff we so professional and friendly, from the front desk to Jacqueline and Gracie who assisted me with my issues. I was in an out in over an hour and despite being pretty anxious about my issue, they did a great job of providing care. I would highly recommend!
