Richard was excellent to work with! I called him for a quote to replace my sunroof on my 1998 Lexus GS400. Not only did he confirm he was able to get a OEM replacement (most places did not have it or couldn't get it due to age of car) but he was able to get me the best price as well woth installation included! (Other places quoted me $100-$400 more than he did). The replacement only took a day to come in and he was able to do the job the same day! To my surprise the replacement was an OEM Toyota Sunroof and the quality of installation was excellent! Everything works as normal with ZERO issues. ow the process went.Service requested and quick response asked for VIN and car model. Then scheduled for next day appointment.I waited in the lounge area they had a TV, and bathroom so it’s comfortable. After an hour service was postponed for next day due to missing parts, the owner walked me through why the delay and what he’s done.Next day returned, whole process took 2hrs, the replacement windshield looked great. He even vacuumed the front car and wiped the mirrors of the car. Overall great service minus the delays, try it definitely.Model of my car: Acura RDX

Richard is a very nice guy. Professional and genuine. Unfortunately my windshield needed repair twice within 6 mos. I would not use any other service but Hi-Quality. My last visit was today. Richard saw something underneath my car that needed repair. He was so kind and fixed it for me with no charge! I highly recommend Hi-Quality Auto Glass Service. 10/10!
